Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.
Position Responsibilities
Perform repairs to doors, locks and hardware. All tools and equipment are supplied by Uline.
Complete major and minor repairs to drywall and paint.
Install and maintain artwork.
Assist in the set-up and tear down of company events.
Install and configure modular workstations.
Track and complete work orders using a computer-based system.
Meet and escort contractors to complete maintenance / repairs.
Identify and diagnose minor repairs in an office and warehouse environment.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 to 5 years experience with one or more of the following: rough or finish carpentry, wood finishing, painting, plumbing, lighting maintenance, commercial office furniture, floor and tile.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Available for after-hours and weekend on-call services.
Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at elevation.
Participate in 4 weeks of formal training.
